Fun in Girls Shorts

Our popular Girls Shorts program returns with a wide arc of poignant, funny, and touching films.  Our own Paula Durette uses animation and the lesbian science of ’Numerology’ to diagnose relationships, and then music videos go stereotypical with the hilarious ‘U-Haul Rap.’  An extrovert tries to coax a shy woman out of her car and into her life in ‘Remember the Eyes.’  A lonely Spanish housewife wants to have sex on her terms ‘At Home,’ and festival favorite Chris Russo tells you about the ‘25 things I did During My Big Fat Lesbian Depression,’ just before you get another dose of humor in ‘Butthole Lickin.’

From there we venture into difficult relationship choices as Desi has to go ‘Back to Life,’ and then experimental filmmaker Elka Kerkhofs explores the body and mind in her visual treasure ‘Lash.’  The tools for sale in ‘Tools for Fools’ are not from your typical infomercial, and the whole trip comes back around when a hot nerd falls for the gorgeous popular woman in the hilarious romp ‘Falling for Caroline.’
